About the Role

Responsibilities
- Analyze federal, state, and international tax laws for applicability to organizational activities
- Prepare and review tax filings to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Represent the organization in tax audits or examinations
- Maintain documentation for tax positions and compliance efforts
- Evaluate tax risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support due diligence for partnerships, acquisitions, or investments
- Ensure adherence to transfer pricing regulations
- Coordinate with external tax advisors and legal counsel
- Streamline tax processes and improve reporting systems
- Train relevant staff on tax-related policies and procedures
- Contribute to long-term tax planning initiatives
