Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season to provide virtual tax preparation and advisory services to customers using TurboTax products. This is a fully remote, customer-facing role requiring active tax preparation experience and strong client service skills.
What You'll Do
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
- Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
- Perform tax calculations
- Manage product/software inquiries
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find accurate answers
- Deliver information to customers using everyday language
- Interact with customers using video and audio communication tools
- Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
What We're Looking For
- Active PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number)
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
- Experience using commercial tax preparation software
- Ability to work 100% remotely
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication via video and audio tools

- Intuit Academy Level 1 badge (allows eligibility with 1+ year of recent experience and 30+ paid tax returns)
