Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season to assist customers with tax preparation using TurboTax products. This is a fully remote, customer-facing role requiring active PTIN and experience preparing individual tax returns.
What You'll Do
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
- Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
- Perform tax calculations
- Manage product/software inquiries
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver accurate answers
- Interact with customers using video communication software
- Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
What We're Looking For
- Active PTIN
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
- Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Nice to Have
- Intuit Academy Level 1 badge (in which case 1+ year of recent experience with 30+ paid tax returns is acceptable)
