Wing Assistant is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming client hiring requests by translating detailed requirements into targeted recruitment strategies across diverse job functions including administrative, marketing, real estate, and technical fields.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to grasp client business contexts and hiring objectives, ensuring candidate matches support strategic goals and underlying motivations.
  • Lead and organize the Sourcing team’s operations, defining ideal candidate criteria and maintaining a robust, high-caliber talent pipeline that fits client-specific tools and processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews for positions at all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership, assessing technical abilities, English fluency, and alignment with the organization’s elite performance standards.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with CSMs to adjust search parameters based on live feedback, aiming for strong client approval of submitted profiles and high acceptance rates.
  • Partner with Product Delivery Specialists to evaluate post-sale client requests for practicality and compliance with organizational benchmarks before advancing sourcing efforts.
  • Take primary responsibility for complex or critical hiring needs that demand innovative sourcing methods, strategic thinking, and in-depth candidate analysis.
