Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through professional networks, job platforms, and alternative sourcing methods
- Develop and sustain robust pipelines of potential candidates for current and future roles
- Initiate contact with candidates using messages, emails, and phone calls to foster engagement
- Carry out preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate suitability
- Ensure clear, consistent communication to support a positive candidate journey
- Accurately record and update candidate information in internal databases such as Odoo
- Assist recruiting team with curated candidate lists and relevant talent insights
