Responsibilities
- Find suitable candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
- Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent for diverse positions across multiple industries.
- Create and sustain high-quality talent pipelines for both current and future hiring requirements.
- Depending on the project, either present qualified candidates to the responsible Recruiter or contact suitable candidates directly.
- Collaborate closely with Recruiters to continuously improve sourcing strategies, candidate profiles, and search criteria.
