Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that support core products and internal tools
- Enhance system scalability, reliability, and ease of maintenance while improving developer workflows
- Create and manage integrations with blockchain platforms, smart contracts, and third-party services
- Support system observability through monitoring, incident management, and post-incident analysis
- Optimize backend systems for speed, fault tolerance, and efficient operations
- Work closely with product, blockchain, and infrastructure teams to build robust distributed systems
- Engage in code reviews, testing procedures, and adherence to engineering best practices
- At senior levels, lead full ownership of services, guide technical strategy, and support junior engineers
