About the Role

The Talent Partner will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, build relationships with hiring managers, and implement strategies to attract top-tier candidates for a wide range of roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments
  • Partner with hiring teams to understand staffing needs and priorities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments
  • Coordinate interview logistics and facilitate scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate on diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment
  • Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Support onboarding coordination for newly hired staff
  • Assist in building talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Represent the organization at career events and networking functions
  • Craft and distribute job postings across multiple platforms
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions and compensation
  • Promote employer branding through professional engagement
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies
  • Conduct reference checks and pre-employment verifications
  • Gather and share feedback from candidates and interviewers
  • Contribute to process improvements in HR systems and tools
