Luxury Presence is hiring a Talent Development Specialist to create and execute programs that drive employee growth and organizational capability. In this role, you will partner with teams to identify development needs and deliver solutions that enhance performance and engagement across the company.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement scalable talent development programs and learning initiatives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning events for employees.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
- Collaborate with managers and leaders to support team member growth and career progression.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in talent development, learning & development, or a related HR function.
- Strong skills in instructional design, program development, and facilitation.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable development strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently in a fully remote setting.

This is a fully remote position based in the Philippines.
