The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, sourcing global talent and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This hybrid role is based in Downtown Fort Lauderdale and plays a key part in building a team that embodies luxury and service excellence.
What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize a variety of platforms, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract and engage qualified candidates.
- Conduct intake meetings with business leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals, ensuring alignment between recruitment strategies and organizational objectives.
- Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
- Partner effectively with hiring managers and teams to promote an understanding of the recruitment process and provide updates on candidate pipelines.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates, continually seeking out new methods to enhance the recruitment process.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process and providing timely feedback.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, identify trends, and report on progress to HR leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using Workday ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn for sourcing.
- Proactive individual with initiative, capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for recruitment and a drive for innovation to attract top talent.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality and/or luxury travel industry.
