About the Role

What You'll Do

In this role, you will take ownership of IT recruitment across European markets, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring teams and business leaders. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand team needs and translate them into clear hiring plans.

You’ll design and implement creative sourcing strategies tailored to specific technical roles, leveraging multiple channels to identify top talent. This includes proactive outreach, managing candidate pipelines, and conducting initial HR assessments to evaluate fit.

From offer preparation to onboarding coordination, you’ll guide candidates through each stage, ensuring a positive and professional experience. You’ll also prepare employment documentation and maintain strict adherence to data privacy regulations and company policies.

Participation in recruitment review meetings is a key responsibility, where you’ll present pipelines, discuss hiring progress, and align on next steps with stakeholders. You’ll maintain accurate records in the company’s applicant tracking system and contribute insights through regular reporting.

Requirements

You bring experience in recruitment, ideally focused on IT or technical fields, with a strong understanding of hiring processes and candidate engagement. Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to business teams is essential.

Experience with sourcing strategies, direct candidate engagement, and familiarity with GDPR and HR compliance frameworks is required. You’re comfortable using recruitment systems to manage workflows and generate reports.

A background in managing academic outreach—such as career fairs, university partnerships, or campus events—is highly valued. You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in collaborative settings.

Benefits

This is a permanent position based in Dortmund, with a focus on long-term impact within a structured European recruitment framework. You’ll work within a defined HR policy environment and contribute to shaping employer branding initiatives across regions.

You may also assist with select HR-related topics beyond recruitment, broadening your exposure to human resources functions. The role offers visibility across business units and the opportunity to influence talent strategy at scale.
