About the Role

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and hiring goals
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics through process optimization
- Support onboarding coordination for new team members
- Represent the organization at career events and industry meetups
- Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles
- Use data to assess and refine recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Foster relationships with universities, bootcamps, and professional networks
- Create job descriptions in collaboration with department leads
- Evaluate recruitment channels for effectiveness and ROI
- Promote inclusive hiring practices across all stages
- Collaborate with HR on workforce planning initiatives
- Deliver regular reporting on hiring metrics to stakeholders
- Advocate for candidate experience improvements
- Stay current on industry trends and talent market dynamics
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives in hiring
