About the Role

This role involves owning the end-to-end hiring process, working closely with teams to understand hiring needs, identifying top talent, and continuously improving recruitment effectiveness through data and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments

  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
  • Represent the company at career events and networking opportunities
  • Communicate employer value proposition to potential candidates
  • Partner with HR on onboarding integration for new hires
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional groups
  • Assist in refining job descriptions to attract suitable applicants
  • Use data to report on hiring progress and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations during hiring
  • Promote a positive image of the organization to candidates
  • Contribute to employer branding strategies
