About the Role
This role involves owning the end-to-end hiring process, working closely with teams to understand hiring needs, identifying top talent, and continuously improving recruitment effectiveness through data and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across departments
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations
- Source qualified candidates using multiple channels including job boards and social platforms
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit and qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and provide scheduling support
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build talent pipelines for critical and future roles
- Evaluate recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Represent the company at career events and networking opportunities
- Communicate employer value proposition to potential candidates
- Partner with HR on onboarding integration for new hires
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment technologies
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and professional groups
- Assist in refining job descriptions to attract suitable applicants
- Use data to report on hiring progress and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations during hiring
- Promote a positive image of the organization to candidates
- Contribute to employer branding strategies
