Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to conduct comprehensive recruitment planning briefings.
- Understand the global European recruitment roadmap to anticipate resource needs and ensure hiring objectives are met with success.
- Prepare job descriptions tailored to competitive international markets
- Source, hunt, and screen CVs to build robust pipelines for international roles across Europe
- Conduct dynamic discovery calls to assess candidate expertise, motivations, and culture fit
- Organize, coordinate, and closely follow up on the end-to-end interview and selection process
- Support and coach hiring managers throughout their recruitment journeys with expert talent advice
- Prepare and extend competitive job offers, driving negotiations to successful closure
- Track, pilot, and analyze recruitment KPIs (sourcing channels, Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill) to continuously optimize performance
- Contribute to cross-functional recruitment projects, including employer branding initiatives and internal communication
Requirements
- 1 year minimum in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a fast-growing tech environment
- Proven track record in international sourcing and hunting candidates across European markets (e.g., Sweden, Italy, Germany)
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (such as Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Welcome to the Jungle)
- Familiarity with collaborative work suites (Google Suite, Slack, )
- Full professional fluency in English, as it is essential for our European and international scopes and recruitment processes.
- Professional oral proficiency in French, required for seamless internal communication and collaboration.

- Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools, workflow automation, and emerging HR technologies (e.g., ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter AI features, ATS automation, sourcing automation tools).
