• Develops strong knowledge of organizational culture, values, and role specifics to identify suitable talent.
• Works closely with hiring teams and leadership to ensure an efficient hiring experience.
• Regularly reviews and refines recruitment workflows and technologies.
• Keeps current on industry developments, talent acquisition standards, and relevant employment regulations.
• Handles sensitive candidate data with discretion and professionalism.
• Completes additional tasks as required.
