Binance is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate hiring team. You will play a key role in scaling our global workforce by identifying and attracting exceptional talent across corporate functions.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates using various channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial contact through offer
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the process
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics and pipeline data
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
