Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles in the UK and EU, from initial scoping to final offer, ensuring each hire exceeds performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define team requirements and develop focused strategies that align talent with business goals.
- Identify and engage high-potential candidates using innovative, data-informed methods across diverse sourcing channels, including niche platforms and direct outreach.
- Execute consistent, well-structured hiring processes with defined timelines and clear communication to ensure a positive candidate journey.
- Maintain transparent, timely, and respectful communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Leverage recruitment metrics to evaluate process effectiveness, uncover inefficiencies, and implement data-backed improvements.
- Promote organizational values and culture through authentic narratives and community involvement to strengthen employer reputation.
- Represent the company at local networking events and talent forums to build visibility and deepen candidate engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with the global Talent team to standardize practices, exchange insights, and enhance overall hiring performance.
