About the Role
In this role, you will support commercial, corporate, and operations teams by managing full-cycle recruitment for complex positions and advising hiring managers in a fast-paced environment. Using analytics and consultative methods, you will help shape talent strategies, with prior experience in the iGaming sector being a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand team needs and align hiring with business goals.
- Use recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring efficiency and decision-making.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, ensuring positive engagement throughout the hiring journey.
- Continuously refine recruitment procedures using proven industry methods.
- Contribute to talent-related projects such as organizational growth and employer branding efforts.
- Ensure candidates have a smooth, engaging experience at every stage of the process.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for strategic roles and apply analytical, consultative methods to improve talent acquisition. Prior iGaming industry experience is required.
