Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective, structured recruitment strategies that attract top candidates
- Create clear, targeted job postings and structured interview plans customized to each position
- Conduct prompt screening calls, coordinate interviews, and manage assessments efficiently
- Identify candidates through diverse sourcing methods including professional networks, events, and employee referrals
- Ensure candidates remain engaged and progress smoothly through the hiring process with consistent communication
- Generate weekly reports and pipeline analytics using Greenhouse to support data-informed decision-making
- Foster meaningful, lasting connections with candidates, including those not selected for current roles
