Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment cycles for roles in the APAC region, from initial planning to final offer, ensuring consistently high hiring standards.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define team needs and develop focused strategies that align talent with business goals.
- Identify and engage top candidates using innovative, metrics-based methods across diverse sourcing channels to build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Lead well-organized, efficient hiring processes with clear timelines and consistent communication to ensure a positive candidate journey.
- Foster strong relationships with candidates through honest, timely, and open dialogue throughout the recruitment process.
- Use hiring funnel data to assess performance, uncover inefficiencies, and implement improvements for better outcomes over time.
- Promote the company’s culture, mission, and values in the talent market through genuine storytelling and active community involvement.
- Represent the organization at local events and within talent networks to strengthen brand visibility and candidate engagement.
- Work with the global Talent team to exchange insights, align processes, and enhance overall recruitment effectiveness.
