Paytm is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced and dynamic fintech environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
- Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate data within the applicant tracking system
- Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on relevant platforms
- Participate in recruitment-related projects and process improvements
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
