About the Role
This role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership and hiring managers, combining market insights and recruiting analytics to shape workforce planning and improve hiring outcomes across technical and non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with department leaders and executives as a strategic talent consultant, offering data-backed guidance to refine hiring strategies and align with business objectives.
- Lead, manage, and communicate the status of recruitment initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely execution.
- Support workforce planning by analyzing recruiting metrics, pipeline trends, and market conditions to anticipate talent needs and prevent hiring delays.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various teams, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate onboarding.
- Apply rigorous evaluation standards to distinguish top-tier candidates, focusing on skills, growth potential, cultural fit, and team impact.
- Use key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and source effectiveness to inform decisions and enhance process efficiency.
- Develop scalable hiring frameworks, including structured interview plans, evaluation scorecards, and consistent assessment methods.
- Document and share recruiting best practices to improve team-wide knowledge and performance over time.
- Ensure a positive, efficient, and professional candidate journey that reflects the organization’s standards and values at every interaction.
