GardaWorld is recruiting Tactical Security Guards for a specific site in Brantford. This role is central to protecting people, property, and assets while managing access and responding to incidents professionally.
What You'll Do
- Ensure the protection of people, property, and assets.
- Monitor and control access to entry and exit points.
- Conduct regular patrols and preventive surveillance.
- Perform asset protection duties.
- Act as a point of contact with authorities and emergency services when required.
- Manage challenging interactions with members of the public while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Respond professionally and calmly to incidents at the site.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to complete site-specific and Use of Force training as required.
- Physical capability to perform foot patrols and stand/walk for extended periods.
