Responsibilities
- Performs commissioning tasks for newly installed AVL systems, including wire testing, startup procedures, signal verification, configuration checks, and functional validation, resolving any issues with Engineering and Installation teams.
- Contributes to project completion by identifying, recording, and correcting punch list items, ensuring proper labeling, network stability, and resolution of intermittent faults before client delivery.
- Helps verify commissioning records by saving system configurations, logging test outcomes, and updating as-built documentation with accurate field changes to support smooth handover to Support and clients.
- Addresses customer support inquiries through centralized platforms, diagnosing and fixing issues in AVL systems, handling warranty repairs, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Delivers primary IT assistance to employees, troubleshooting Mac, iPad, and Windows devices for on-site, remote, and mobile staff, while supporting software and hardware tracking.
- Maintains high standards of communication, professionalism, and responsiveness, directing complicated or unclear issues to appropriate internal groups, vendors, or management.
- Uses discretion to differentiate between support and service work within defined parameters, carrying out scheduled maintenance, system adjustments, updates, and on-site service tasks as contracted.
