Responsibilities
- Manage the administration, operation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide systems and network platforms.
- Ensure network services operate according to established performance standards and act as the designated service owner for contractor-provided solutions.
- Apply Risk Management Framework protocols and security practices to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Support engineering tasks including system integration, interface analysis, infrastructure development, and testing of hardware and software components.
- Configure and validate system components, ensuring compatibility between hardware, software, operating systems, and legacy platforms.
- Lead technical planning and coordinate contractor teams supporting network operations and maintenance.
- Direct the Outage Response Team, overseeing all incident response, continuity of operations, and disaster recovery activities.
- Serve as the main contact during service disruptions, coordinating resolution efforts with external agencies and vendors.
- Develop, maintain, and update the Incident Response Plan, conducting quarterly reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of procedures and system details.

- Active U.S. Secret security clearance is required.
- Ongoing compliance with the Risk Management Framework is mandatory.
- Must function as the contractor's official service owner for all service solutions.
- Leadership of the Outage Response Team and oversight of COOP and disaster recovery operations is required.
- Must coordinate and communicate with third-party entities during outage events.
- The Incident Response Plan must be kept current and reviewed every quarter.
