Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to acquire and grow business with new and existing clients, including cloud and hosting providers.
- Deliver online and in-person product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective customers.
- Support customers during evaluation phases with technical guidance and on-site assistance.
- Develop and sustain strong technical relationships with clients and alliance partners in collaboration with sales teams.
- Take part in marketing events to showcase product capabilities and generate interest.
- Lead product proof of concept initiatives tailored to customer requirements.
- Create detailed bills of materials, RFPs, and RFQs aligned with customer infrastructure needs.
- Train internal teams and clients on emerging technologies and product updates.
- Identify and assess potential sales opportunities independently.
- Deliver technical assessments and competitive product comparisons within proposed solutions.
- Maintain practical expertise in hypervisor and cloud platform technologies.
- Coordinate presales activities with customers, solution architects, system integrators, and professional services teams.
