The RRS Group & Co. is hiring a Systems Engineer, New College Grad – 2026 (LATAM)

Responsibilities

  • Help configure, maintain, and troubleshoot server, storage, and GPU-powered infrastructure systems
  • Provide support for cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Create and manage automation scripts using programming languages such as Python, Shell, Java, or JavaScript
  • Track system performance, uptime, and operational status to maintain reliability and efficiency
  • Work with internal teams to advance infrastructure modernization and operational enhancements
  • Engage in resolving issues related to hardware, software, networking, and cloud services
  • Support documentation, reporting, and process refinement efforts for infrastructure operations
  • Use data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to interpret performance metrics and inform decisions
  • Investigate and assist in applying Generative AI technologies to infrastructure and operations workflows
  • Foster teamwork by showing initiative, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Support incident management and escalation processes to reduce system outages and disruptions
  • Assist in monitoring security controls and compliance requirements across infrastructure environments
  • Participate in planning for infrastructure capacity and optimizing resource usage
  • Help build and maintain technical documentation and runbooks to improve team knowledge sharing
  • Support data protection through backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices
  • Assist with configuring, monitoring, and improving network performance across enterprise systems
