Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain conditional access controls, identity lifecycle workflows, and single sign-on integrity within a large-scale Microsoft Entra ID ecosystem.
- Create automated scripts and operational workflows to minimize manual effort and improve system reliability across departments.
- Advance the use of AI-driven tools to automate repetitive tasks, enabling team productivity beyond linear time investment.
- Collaborate with Endpoint Management teams to align identity, access, and device governance across the organization’s device fleet.
- Manage access governance for AI platforms such as Copilot, Cursor, and Langdock, including permissions, data segregation, and audit logging.
- Lead efforts to unify and standardize configurations of core business systems to ensure consistency amid rapid organizational growth.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team by setting clear goals and supporting individual career progression.
- Work closely with Security & Compliance on access policies, the People Team on employee lifecycle processes, and Engineering on secure tool provisioning.
- Oversee the IT service queue for infrastructure issues, applying engineering principles to diagnose and resolve problems proactively.
