Responsibilities
- Take full operational and technical ownership of key systems, leading technical initiatives and managing program execution.
- Manage end-to-end operations for 2-3 critical business platforms, including configuration, administration, and coordination with development teams on support tickets.
- Develop in-depth expertise in business applications to enable rapid issue resolution and continuous improvement of system performance and workflows.
- Lead the evolution of the organization’s Business Systems architecture, ensuring tools and data sources integrate effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with leadership to design scalable solutions and provide strategic guidance on technology direction.
- Set high standards for technical excellence and innovation by identifying and deploying forward-thinking technologies and standardized practices.
- Mentor and grow team members through goal-oriented planning and development to support long-term strategic objectives.
