Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to convert strategic business goals into scalable technical architecture that supports leadership in the animation and visual effects sector.
- Investigate, plan, build, and improve hardware and software systems to fulfill both technical and creative demands in a cutting-edge production setting.
- Introduce new system capabilities seamlessly, ensuring no disruption to ongoing production timelines.
- Apply and enforce technical policies, standards, and security practices consistently across all systems and workflows.
- Lead technical teams during development and rollout phases, providing direction and mentorship to varied stakeholders.
- Work with leadership to assess current systems and applications, shaping future standards and best practices.
- Advocate for emerging technologies and novel solutions across departments to drive acceptance and alignment.
- Keep detailed records of all technology implementations and architectural decisions.
- Create clear handover procedures for finished projects to ensure smooth transition into operations.
