Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical authority and expert for enterprise collaboration and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Zoom, Okta, and integrated AI features
- Define and share strategic roadmaps, governance policies, and long-term direction for managed platforms
- Oversee platform stability, integrations, lifecycle processes, licensing compliance, and operational performance
- Monitor vendor updates, AI advancements, security patches, and industry standards to enhance user experience
- Lead deployment, user adoption, and training initiatives for AI-enabled workplace tools like Gemini, Slack AI, Zoom AI Companion, Atlassian Rovo, and similar platforms
- Develop and update technical documentation, user guides, and recommended practices for supported systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, HR, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and business units to implement secure and scalable solutions
- Serve as the escalation contact for complex technical issues, integration challenges, automation opportunities, and system optimizations
- Advance workflow automation and operational efficiency using integrations, scripting, and AI-based technologies
- Lead enterprise application projects and communicate updates, improvements, and changes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
