Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
  • Supervise daily office operations such as coordinating repairs, managing equipment, and ensuring security.
  • Handle personnel management duties like conducting new employee orientation and maintaining employee records.
  • Monitor and control office expenses, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with the finance department.
  • Plan and coordinate company events including meetings, conferences, and parties by arranging venues, managing logistics, and working with vendors.
  • Maintain files, records, and databases while ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
  • Improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff by assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
  • Knowledge of local and global network fundamentals.
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to work on-site in the Belgrade office.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with office hardware lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting a distributed corporate IT environment.

We are seeking an Senior Android Engineer to support global growth initiatives through mobile features focused on translations and guest experiences. The role involves contributing across the full development cycle: technical design, implementation, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
You will be responsible for managing your own task pipeline, maintaining strong communication on progress, and collaborating with the team to deliver and support high-quality Android features.

Tasks

  • Develop, maintain, and support Android features within the platform;
  • Perform peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback;
  • Collaborate with the team on upcoming features and design considerations;
  • Maintain clear communication on progress, risks, and questions;
  • Manage assigned tasks via Jira and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in developing user-facing Android applications at scale using Kotlin or Java;
  • Experience with modern Android frameworks such as Jetpack Compose and Kotlin coroutines;
  • Working knowledge of GraphQL;
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, for collaboration with distributed teams.

Nice to have:

  • Backend experience (service development, databases, Kubernetes) and ability to design maintainable APIs;
  • Experience with customer-facing public applications;
  • Ability to design and implement complex distributed systems operating under high load.
