We are looking for a System Administrator to join Iglu in Bangkok.
You will join an international company with many senior front-end and back-end developers, cloud architects, UI designers, project managers and so on.
Ideal candidate already has 1-2 years of real-life work experience in software development or IT operations after graduation. You are not expected to be an expert in any of the technologies, but you will be required to be motivated to learn new things and working methods at a fast pace. You will get support from your seniors, but you are also expected to be able to solve complex problems on your own without getting stuck.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive IT systems and office support to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and objectives related to applications and systems.
Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, system management tools, and hardware components.
Develop standardized and automated processes using scripting technologies.
Implement and manage security, backup, and redundancy strategies to protect and preserve data integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Proficiency in basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Apple laptops, Office 365 or Google Workspace for collaboration, and Slack, Zoom, Teams or similar for chat and conferencing. Cloud file storage services (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive).
Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with Linux server environments.
Thai nationality
Thai fluency, English working level skills
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of CRM and Accounting software.
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CloudFlare
