About the Role

The role involves providing timely and precise support to players, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a dynamic gaming setting while maintaining compliance and service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Swedish and English with clarity and professionalism
  • Resolve player account and transaction issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate technical or complex cases when necessary
  • Follow internal procedures for security and compliance
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
  • Assist in translating content when required
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve player concerns
  • Monitor player communications for fraud or risk indicators
  • Ensure all customer interactions meet service level standards
  • Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and care
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a live environment
  • Use internal tools to track and manage support tickets
  • Contribute to knowledge base improvements
  • Support colleagues during peak service times
  • Maintain a positive and solution-focused attitude
  • Follow up on unresolved cases until closure
  • Report recurring issues to team leads
  • Participate in training sessions and performance reviews
  • Uphold brand standards in all customer communications
