Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Swedish and English with clarity and professionalism
- Resolve player account and transaction issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Escalate technical or complex cases when necessary
- Follow internal procedures for security and compliance
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
- Assist in translating content when required
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve player concerns
- Monitor player communications for fraud or risk indicators
- Ensure all customer interactions meet service level standards
- Handle sensitive data with confidentiality and care
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a live environment
- Use internal tools to track and manage support tickets
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Support colleagues during peak service times
- Maintain a positive and solution-focused attitude
- Follow up on unresolved cases until closure
- Report recurring issues to team leads
- Participate in training sessions and performance reviews
- Uphold brand standards in all customer communications
- Assist in onboarding new support team members
- Identify opportunities to enhance user experience
- Stay updated on product changes and promotions
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
