Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines, operational budgets, team assignments, contract hours, and scope adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Create and examine detailed technical drawings such as Boundary, Topographic, ALTA/NSPS, Land Title, As-Built, and Subdivision Maps.
- Submit project documentation to municipal, county, and regulatory bodies; manage construction bidding materials and contract oversight.
- Conduct thorough boundary evaluations, closure computations, legal descriptions, exhibit creation, and assist with construction staking math.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, builders, consultants, and government entities to support efficient project execution.
