Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, engage, and hire top physician talent while balancing urgency, complexity, creativity, and cost.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Develop and maintain physician talent pipelines through professional associations, conferences, networking events, Doximity, Salesforce, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data within Salesforce and other tracking systems, generating required reports and documentation.
- Prepare offers, develop closing strategies, negotiate compensation packages, and coordinate contract execution.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Stay informed on market trends and develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified physician candidates.
- Represent Sono Bello professionally and promote the organization as an employer of choice.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and attendance of local and national physician conferences and recruiting events.
- Communicate professionally and diplomatically with candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders at all times.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent recruitment experience.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and database management systems.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build credibility and strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Experience creating, implementing, or improving recruiting tools and processes.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and business acumen.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support projects outside the primary scope of the role.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Regular and predictable attendance required.
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting physicians, surgeons, or other healthcare providers strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting national, multi-state, or virtual recruiting efforts preferred.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, and recruiting technologies.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $75,000–$100,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity.

Additional Information
- Candidates must live within commuting distance of Scottsdale, AZ
- Be available to work from our office two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
- Travel of up to 75% is required
- This is a hybrid role that combines in-office collaboration, remote work, and frequent travel as needed
