Responsibilities
- Provide high-priority technical support to executives and key personnel, gaining in-depth knowledge of their workflows and device preferences.
- Initiate contact ahead of critical updates, system rollouts, and major events to prevent service interruptions.
- Assist with technology needs related to executive travel, internal conferences, and external engagements.
- Maintain comprehensive awareness of all office hardware, identifying and addressing failures, aging equipment, or performance issues promptly.
- Proactively replace outdated devices and ensure core video conferencing systems remain fully functional and well-maintained.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of printers, from setup and configuration to ongoing maintenance and issue resolution.
- Ensure office environments are consistently operational and well-maintained, with all systems functioning as intended.
- Identify and escalate business-critical technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams to achieve complete resolution.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis to implement lasting fixes instead of temporary workarounds.
- Anticipate systemic problems through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting to prevent widespread user impact.
- Deploy, configure, and support Windows and macOS workstations across the organization.
- Design and implement automated processes to reduce manual effort and improve team productivity.
- Manage configurations for O365 Groups, email distribution lists, calendar access, and automated email replies.
- Diagnose and resolve network and connectivity issues with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Participate early in evaluating new tools, vendors, and technologies, validating functionality and becoming a certified expert before deployment.
- Stay current with emerging enterprise technologies and assess their applicability to internal systems.
- Develop clear, user-friendly guides that enable employees to resolve common technical issues independently.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to understand and support business needs.
- Guide and support junior IT staff through mentorship, knowledge transfer, and collaborative problem-solving.
