About the Role
This position involves diagnosing and resolving customer technical challenges, enhancing user-facing documentation, and working closely with product and engineering teams to relay feedback and improve overall product usability.
Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries about product functionality and troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and track bugs
- Improve and maintain technical documentation for clarity and accuracy
- Create tutorials and guides to help users adopt the product effectively
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with product teams
- Monitor support channels for timely response to user needs
- Identify recurring issues and suggest product improvements
- Assist in testing documentation changes and product updates
- Maintain a knowledge base of common solutions and best practices
- Work across time zones to support a global user base
- Ensure consistent communication with users during issue resolution
- Document support processes and internal troubleshooting workflows
- Participate in onboarding new users to the platform
- Support integration efforts with third-party tools and services
- Help refine onboarding materials based on user experience
- Track and report metrics related to support efficiency
- Contribute to product documentation localization efforts
- Stay updated on product developments and feature releases
- Assist in organizing user feedback sessions and surveys
