Responsibilities
- Take ownership of diagnosing and resolving intricate customer production problems using Salesforce, email, Slack, and Zoom
- Assist technical users by troubleshooting and improving custom Python applications and no-code automation tools
- Act as a Tier 2 support specialist to oversee and resolve advanced production incidents identified through monitoring systems
- Lead technical root-cause analyses across the full technology stack and escalate deep technical challenges to product and engineering teams
- Influence product development by collecting and relaying user feedback and feature suggestions to product and design groups
- Develop and manage automated diagnostic utilities and scripts to enhance support efficiency and shorten resolution timelines
