NEORIS is looking for a Semi-Senior Support Engineer to play a key role in supporting a leading insurance sector client. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and performance of production environments through proactive monitoring, middleware administration, and incident management under ITIL methodologies. What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain regional applications (IIS, WAS, WebLogic, Jboss) and SQL Server databases.
- Execute proactive monitoring of performance and availability using specialized tools like SolarWinds and AppDynamics.
- Analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents and problems, ensuring compliance with SLAs and security policies.
- Support Release Management tasks, integration of applications with business areas, and regional infrastructure projects.
- Generate and update technical documentation associated with tasks and configurations.
What We're Looking For
- Technical degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in similar support, environment administration, or infrastructure roles.
- Primary technical knowledge: SQL Server and Middleware Administration (IIS, WebLogic, Jboss).
- Advanced handling of Windows Server operating systems.
- Solid knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident & Problem Management).
- English level B1 (Intermediate).
- Sense of urgency, error analysis capability, and orientation towards compliance with security standards.
Nice to Have
- Secondary knowledge of Azure, Jira Service Management, or ServiceNow.
