About the Role

EWOR GmbH is looking for a Supply Chain Co-Founder / Head of Growth to build and run your own startup with the goal of scaling it to €100M+ in revenues. You will embark on a personal development journey backed by intensive, bespoke support from unicorn founders.

What You'll Do

  • Build and run your own startup in fields such as Supply Chain.
  • Follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
  • Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
  • Build up a sales force or create a marketing empire.
  • Take full responsibility for scaling your startup to €100M+ in revenues.

What We're Looking For

  • Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
  • Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
  • Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
