AvidXchange is hiring a Supplier Partnerships Manager II

Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic relationships with designated external partners, shaping partnership direction and maximizing long-term business value.
• Serve as the main point of contact for high-level partner communications, resolving escalations and maintaining governance to foster productive collaborations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Procurement teams to revise and enhance contract terms and commercial agreements over time.
• Establish performance metrics, monitoring systems, and regular business reviews centered on revenue outcomes, adoption rates, efficiency, and partner satisfaction.
• Partner with Finance to develop budgets, financial forecasts, and extended planning models linked to partnership initiatives and income streams.
• Assess and propose new partnership prospects, lead the design of integrated solutions, and build business cases to evaluate strategic alignment and return on investment.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Supplier Growth, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams to create decision frameworks when multiple partners serve similar functions.
• Work across departments to integrate third-party solutions into core workflows, ensuring seamless data and payment flows, strong user experience, and scalability.
