Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, supply chain, or a related field, plus at least five years of experience in supplier diversity, procurement, or supply chain management, or a comparable mix of education and experience
- Proven background in delivering presentations or speaking at industry or professional gatherings
- Willingness and ability to travel with minimal advance notice
- Possession of a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicles used and a safe driving history
Nice to Have
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD), Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), or Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSM)
- Prior leadership involvement in supplier diversity-focused professional organizations
