Responsibilities
- Drives regional outreach efforts to strengthen Michels’ presence as a trusted community partner.
- Leads initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse suppliers, minority and industry trade organizations, and customer diversity teams.
- Identifies and supports diverse businesses.
- Ensures alignment with project-specific diversity goals.
- Champions Michels’ commitment to supplier diversity.
