Responsibilities
- Direct daily activities of field service personnel
- Monitor team productivity and adherence to schedules
- Address operational issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with safety and service protocols
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Assist in the development of training materials
- Report operational metrics to senior management
- Maintain accurate records of service delivery
- Coordinate equipment and resource allocation
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Respond to client service concerns
- Optimize workflow for efficiency and quality
- Participate in scheduling and shift planning
- Promote a culture of accountability and professionalism
- Troubleshoot field service disruptions
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain communication between field and office staff
- Implement corrective actions when standards are not met
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee inventory and supply usage
- Facilitate team meetings and operational briefings
- Escalate critical issues to management
