About the Role

The selected candidate will lead a team responsible for delivering consistent service outcomes, manage workflow efficiency, and support training and compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily activities of field service personnel
  • Monitor team productivity and adherence to schedules
  • Address operational issues as they arise
  • Ensure compliance with safety and service protocols
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • Assist in the development of training materials
  • Report operational metrics to senior management
  • Maintain accurate records of service delivery
  • Coordinate equipment and resource allocation
  • Support onboarding of new team members
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Respond to client service concerns
  • Optimize workflow for efficiency and quality
  • Participate in scheduling and shift planning
  • Promote a culture of accountability and professionalism
  • Troubleshoot field service disruptions
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Maintain communication between field and office staff
  • Implement corrective actions when standards are not met
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee inventory and supply usage
  • Facilitate team meetings and operational briefings
  • Escalate critical issues to management
  • Ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements
  • Uphold customer service standards across all interactions

Compensation
