Responsibilities
- Manages inspection, planning, and execution of HVAC&R operations, including preventive maintenance, water treatment, performance testing, and chiller systems.
- Conducts installation, repair, maintenance, and modification of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Coordinates operational strategies and schedules personnel using internal and external resources to resolve facility issues efficiently.
- Identifies and arranges training programs to enhance team technical and operational capabilities.
- Ensures adherence to refrigeration compliance standards within the workshop environment.
- Supports the development of the department's annual business plan.
- Tracks budget performance to maintain financial accountability and alignment with fiscal limits.
- Keeps accurate records related to equipment performance and staff activities.
- Recruits, onboards, trains, and supervises technical personnel.
- Performs additional duties as assigned or required by operational needs
