Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers focused on building full-stack Machine Learning and Generative AI systems designed to enhance legal and business operations
- Collaborate with leadership to plan, prioritize, and execute technical projects effectively
- Enforce compliance with organizational standards, policies, and development methodologies to ensure consistency and accountability
- Establish and maintain high standards for code quality, documentation, testing, and deployment processes
- Design, implement, and manage DevOps practices and ongoing support for live AI applications
- Guide development across all stages, from initial concept through design, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery and sustained quality
- Provide technical guidance through mentorship, code reviews, and proper scoping of engineering tasks
- Safeguard sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, or proprietary data handled by the organization
