Responsibilities
- Oversee all construction operations and workforce activities at the job site.
- Schedule and manage subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspection timelines.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards and local building regulations.
- Track project schedules and financials, providing updates and flagging concerns to the project manager.
- Review and apply construction plans, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Perform routine site walkthroughs to verify work quality and adherence to standards.
- Address and resolve on-site problems quickly to prevent project delays.
- Keep accurate daily records and project documentation.
- Lead and facilitate meetings with trade partners, suppliers, and project representatives on location.
- Maintain secure and well-organized site conditions, including equipment upkeep.
