Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding for new clients by defining system requirements and aligning current infrastructure with the AI platform
- Create integration designs that connect AI agents with client technologies including CRMs, marketing automation platforms, APIs, and internal databases
- Configure interactive components such as visual interfaces, decision logic, and response conditions to match client workflows
- Act as the primary technical contact during onboarding, explaining technical concepts in clear terms and guiding teams through implementation
- Perform thorough testing of agent functionality before and after deployment to maintain high reliability and performance standards
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to suggest improvements based on field experience and client deployment challenges
