Saddle Hill Travel is looking for a Product and Packaging Designer to lead the design of innovative sunglasses and engaging packaging from initial concept to final shelf-ready products. This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply a strong understanding of physical product design and licensor guidelines to create fresh, fun eyewear.
What You'll Do
- Design a variety of products and packaging, ensuring consistency with brand style guides.
- Create fresh and fun sunglasses designs using existing templates or designing new frames.
- Develop packaging that aligns with strict licensor guidelines.
- Design marketing materials to promote products effectively.
- Clean up and edit photos to enhance visual appeal.
- Stay on task, manage your workload, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Conceptualize and develop compelling product and packaging ideas from scratch.
- Collaborate with the design team to refine dielines and production files for mass retail.
- Integrate physical product constraints like materials, mold limitations, and packaging formats into your design thinking.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in the Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in consumer product and packaging design.
- Comfortable working within strict style guide parameters.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
- Open to feedback and willing to revise designs as needed.
Nice to Have
- Pop culture knowledge and familiarity with entertainment brands.
- Experience designing physical products (not just mockups), especially for retail brands or consumer packaged goods.
- A quick learner who is easy to work with and takes feedback well.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $2000 - $3000 per month (gross salary).
- 20 days of paid time off.
